Tool & Mould Making

Production of serial and prototype tools for rubber and plastics moulding, and production of stamping tools and dies.

We produce on the basis of modern technologies.

  • Prototype, sample and serial moulds and fixtures – for rubber, plastics
  • Precision measuring and assembly fixtures
  • Block and progressive dies for metal stamping
  • Cold runner blocks for rubber parts moulds
  • For all the above production items we provide repairs, modifications and production of new spare parts

Machinery equipment available:

CNC miling

CNC turning in small series

CNC turning up to 64HRc

CNC grinding of stamping and forming tools

Flat-surface and round grinding

Electro erosive machining

CNC machines of reputable brands

Metal stamping shop

We produce parts on both block and progressive dies.

More than 1000 kinds of products

For achieving the desired quality of metal stampings, we use eccentric presses. We are able to cover the production of parts completely, from the design of the tools, through their production in our tool shop, to the actual stamping and delivery of the final parts.

We produce more than 1,000 kinds of products of various shapes and materials in our stamping shop, including surface finishing and barrel tumbling.

CAD/CAM designing

We rely on the SolidWorks CAD system.

30 years of experience

In the designing we rely on the SolidWorks CAD system, which is the market leader in this area. Together with our more than 30 years of experience, we will prepare 3D and 2D design of prototype or serial mould or stamping tools.

Precision machining of parts on CNC metal-working machines is processed in the PowerMill CAM environment, enabling two- and multi-axis machining.

CRB – Cold Runner Block

We are pleased to introduce you the second-generation of cold runner blocks developed by our company.

We manufacture CRBs

The cold runner block is designed in such a way that it can adapt to your injection moulds during production.

Advantages of cold runner blocks:

  • Possibility of tempering with water or oil in one or several zones
  • High performance and long service life of the tempering circuit (large channel diameters)
  • Possibility of heating and regulating the heating plate in one or three zones
  • Milled sumps in the heating plate, allowing high flexibility of shapes of heating cartridges and heating spirals. Easy cartridge removal in case of damage
  • Low overall height of the whole CRB
  • Small built-in dimension of the cooled nozzle (nozzles can be close to each other)
  • Possibility of blinding individual nozzles during CRB cleaning
  • Possibility of removing the nozzle tip even in case of accidental damage (“seizing”)
  • Cushioned nozzle tip, guaranteeing good pressure on the mould

Variable Cold Runner Block

In order to expand the possibilities of using the CRBs, especially for small-piece projects, we innovated the CRB and created our Variable CRB

Variable CRB

The use of a Variable CRB on injection moulds maintains the characteristics of a classic CRB with the possibility of adjusting the pitch for a different mould type, resulting in a cost reduction not only in terms of material savings, but also in the purchase cost of several individual CRBs with fixed pitch. Higher productivity is particularly evident in smaller piece projects where only the mould is changed on the press instead of the entire mould + CRB.

The number of nozzles can be configured in 2x nozzle and 4x nozzle variants.

Advantages of variable cold runner blocks:

  • Optional nozzle pitch, via toothed pinion gear /gauge
  • Possibility of injecting into different parts of the mould, each nozzle can have a different position
  • Possibility of tempering with water or oil in one or several zones
  • Possibility of heating and regulating the heating plate in one or more zones
  • Milled channels in the heating plate, allowing high flexibility of shapes of heating cartridges and heating spirals. Easy cartridge removal in case of damage
  • Low overall height of the whole CRB
  • Possibility of blinding individual nozzles during CRB cleaning
  • Possibility of removing the nozzle tip even in case of accidental damage (“seizing”)
  • Cushioned nozzle tip, guaranteeing good pressure on the mould
