By using BSK on injection molds, lower consumption of the injected mixture is achieved, the need to clean some parts of the molds is eliminated, which results in higher work productivity with lower costs.

Currently, we also produce 24-jet BSK.

BSK is structurally designed so that it can be adapted to your injection molds during production.

Advantages of cold runner blocks:

• Possibility of tempering with water or oil in one or several zones
• High performance and long service life of the tempering circuit (large channel diameters)
• Possibility of heating and regulating the heating plate in one or three zones
• Milled sumps in the heating plate, allowing high flexibility of shapes of heating cartridges and heating spirals. Easy cartridge removal in case of damage
• Low overall height of the whole CRB
• Small built-in dimension of the cooled nozzle (nozzles can be close to each other)
• Possibility of blinding individual nozzles during CRB cleaning
• Possibility of removing the nozzle tip even in case of accidental damage (“seizing”)
• Cushioned nozzle tip, guaranteeing good pressure on the mould

Recently, a customer contacted us that after 6 years of BSK operation in three-shift operation, he would need new nozzle ends. Otherwise, apart from normal maintenance, no repairs have taken place on the BSK.
